DOES NOT include a 9 pin RS232 Serial Port Cable and a 1/8" pin
to connect PC to Radio
I believe you must use an Icom Cable, Because it has a circut board in the RS232

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
- IBM PC compatible computer
- An RS-232C serial port
- Microsoft® Windows® 95 or Newer
- Intel i486DX4 processor or faster
(Pentium® 100 MHz or faster recommended)
- At least 16 MB RAM
- At least 20 MB of free hard disk space
- At least 640 x 480 pixel display
(800 x 600 pixel display recommended)
Be sure that the IC-746 CI-V baud rate is
set to "AUTO" (default) in the set mode.
SOFTWARE INSTALLATION CD
Insert the CD into the appropriate drive.
Double Click on SETUP.EXE program
