    New in opened and damaged box – I did open the box to check the air mover since the box looks pretty rough, and it is perfectly fine and brand new.
    I know that some people would only need this to dry out from a water mishap, so NO RETURN if it has been used!

    PLEASE CONTACT ME THROUGH EBAY MESSAGING BEFORE OPENING A RETURN. WE MAY BE ABLE TO WORK SOMETHING OUT.
    eBay’s return policy states that a returned item must be in the same condition that it was in when it was received. Please research the item that you are interested in before buying! This is not a place to buy something just to “try it out”. I keep a record of serial numbers to prevent fraudulent returns.
    We do allow returns on most all of our items within 30 days of receipt of the item. Anything that is returned and is not in the same condition as it was when you received it will be subject to a restocking fee or the return may be denied. Restocking fees can range from a minimum of 10% and up to 50% depending on the reason for the return, and condition of the item. I think it is fair for me to deduct the cost of shipping from any refund if you just don’t like it or any reason other than the item being defective (which rarely happens).
    If you received an item that was damaged during shipping. I will need photos of the packaging and the item so that I can file a damage claim with the carrier, and have the item picked up. Please do not dispose of the shipping box until you are sure that you will not be returning it.
