BRAND NEW Plug-In Remote Start System
for select
2007 - 2013 Chevrolet Silverado / GMC Sierra pickup trucks equipped with factory keyless entry.
This kit includes a T-harness that plugs into factory wiring and no wires need to be cut for the basic remote start install. Once you complete the install, you will press the LOCK button on your factory remote 3 times to turn on the remote start.
We also program this kit to work on the vehicles specified in this listing before we ship it to you and include install instructions. No trip to the dealer or dealer programming required.

Wait to start delay - selectable from 2 to 30 seconds - default set to 2 seconds
Includes a new hood hood pin switch for use on vehicles without a factory hood pin - a worthwhile safety feature that requires a one wire hook-up
Includes parking light flash capability - one wire connection may be required to use this feature - optional and not required for standard remote start install.
Includes accessory power shutdown function - one wire connection may be required to use this option feature and not required for standard remote start install.
*PLEASE NOTE:
Vehicle must be a USA / Canada production model specified in this listing and equipped with automatic transmission and lock / unlock buttons on factory keys. Once properly installed
, remote start function will have the same range as your factory key already has. You can test what your range will be before purchase by walking away from your vehicle and trying to lock / unlock the door with the factory keyless remote - if this range is good for you, then you can add remote start function with this kit.
Also, check to make sure your factory lock / unlock buttons still work while the engine is running by using your keyless remote to unlock / lock the doors while the vehicle is running. If this function does not work while the truck is running, it will not work when the remote start is active either and you will need to purchase the add-on extended range  1 or 4 button remote kit- sold separately.
